They can and do ship all over Europe. It's similar to Minifigforlife who ships worldwide but is primarily a UK reseller.

Ah, finnaly a Dutch reseller! Thank you Will Chapman! I almost had a blackout when I saw the shipping costs today (planning on ordering again) 18 dollars from the US to here. Great! Henk
