Here I will review all of the prototypes and new colored weapons that I have. I will update it as I get new weapons.

The Needle Gun

This is an amazing gun. It works for all types of sci fi figs. I was lucky enough to obtain a two colored one. When they are released they will be made as a solid colored item. The needle gun has only one grip spot and that is the handle. I must say I love it in multi colors, but according to other pics I have seen it looks good in purple too. This has to be one of my favorite weapons.

The Plasma Pistol

This is another weapon that I was lucky to get in 2 colors. The purple and lime green go great together. Another cool thing about this gun is that it is grippable in two spots, under the gun and the handle. This also makes a great sci fi weapon.

Combat Knife

Not a prototype, but it is a new color. Like the other guns it is purple. I really hope the color purple is a possibility in new brickarms to be released.

Nice review! It was short, but to the point. The plasma pistol picture doesn't work, but I've already seen pics of it.

Good review!Nice, short, and explains what you like about the prototypes and the grippability points.
But,if the purple Combat Knife you have isn't a prototype, then how did you get it?

It is a prototype actually, although the design of that prototype is the same that was used for the production version. However, as a prototype, Will can inject that mold with whatever colors he has laying around, hence a purple knife!

No worries. When a prototype design is the exact same as a production version, it's sometimes hard to tell!

My latest prototype molds are high quality. They can produce production-quality items, but in limited numbers due to the amount of time needed to inject them.

No I got them somewhere else, if I ordered them there the needler would be all four colors instead of just 2.

I ordered the Needler gun and the Energy pistol and LOTS more but i read that it will never see mass production and is just an exclusive.

It will see mass production as a solid colored item. Just no overmolding.
