This one is much better than the first Feast your eyes on AWESOMESAUCYNESS!  For those that wish for a propeller, here it is  Steam-powered swivel turbines and ENGINE!  Floor 1 is cargo area  Floor 2 is... GIMME SOME IDEAS!  Floor 3 is passenger seats  Cockpit Uses Lewis gun, xeno pulse, and M2019 Hope ya like laddies! D' ya think you could spare me a wee bit of suggestions? Oorah laddies!

I think Floor 1 should include some cargo(eg.boxes of brickarms???).

marineraider, you have done a smashing job with this. You have merged space with steampunk VERY well. I don't see the steam-powered aspect, but then again, if it really were steam-powered I doubt it'd get an inch off the ground. 9.8/10!
EDIT: But since you wanted suggestions, the white piece you use near the bottom should be more...detailed. Like, put flat tiles or something on there....maybe barrels to serve as steam exhaust pipes? Just what I would do. But very good overall.
