Now this is a really great idea, a nun chuck, but not just a nun chuck, a nun chuck that is actually movable, thanks to a flexible plastic between the two handles. It can be held by either handle (as if it is being swung): or by both handles: I really like this prototype, with its great detail in the chain, though it irks me that it the first one I had broke. One of the handles just fell off. It didn't break, it just fell off, do before it goes into production Will needs to perfect the method of attaching the flexible plastic to the handles. All in all though, ninja fans are happy.

It looks pretty good. Does the chain keep it in a certain pose so you can flex it? EDIT: Never mind, I wasn't paying attention the first time I read it. I noticed that you mentioned it in the first sentence. LOL Flickr BlogFavorite BrickArm: Tactical PDW

It should be fairly apparent that I am a huge fan of this weapon. After hearing Will and Ian explain the difficulties in molding this weapon I am saddened that it will most likely never reach mass production. That being said no minifig Ninja should be without one of these.

Maybe, Will could mold the whole thing out of flexible plastic or something to keep from over molding

I think my friend had one in his lego box before we even discovered Brick Arms.....Weird,it was a nun chuck that looked almost the exact same way that the BA version is.....I need to go to his house.Anyways, great review!

you know. the nun-chuck was actually prononced noon-chuck and was used to gather wheat (PM me if you want to know how) when the ninjas rebeled against the samuri rule they thougt they would make good weapons. yes I am a nerd about warefare history;)
