I'm definetly getting some sort of Mogolian, or Russian vibe from the first figure you've shown. Good use of rubber-band, as well as the satchels. Will we be seeing more of this guy, in a vignete or diorama soon? Trying, and failing is much better, than not trying at all.My Flickr Photostream

The Mongolian hat used here is from the adventurers line. I think the only color released in Harry Potter sets was black. (Don't hold me to it)
