What happens to leftover special convention colors? Options

What happens to all the leftover convention colors for production items? Example: At BrickCon, there were quite a few large bins with trans red, and silver, which usually aren't sold. Do the become freebies with the various orders, or are the a forums exclusive, or what?

Oh just you wait! You are correct in noticing that BrickArms has trans in more colors than anyone else (besides Lego). It sure makes sense to make them available for broader sale, now that the convention season is over. I'll see what I can do. :)
