Hi y'all. I was bored the other day, so I decided to make some bagpipes. This is made of only eight parts. Constructive criticism/comments welcome!

With a grunt.

By itself.

Thanks for viewing!

Very, very interesting design. Might I ask what the two transparent parts are?

Way cool. I think Sir Norman Ray is gonna like this. And that is a sweet grunt.

For every brickarm created, there is a minifig who needs it.

I like it! The colors and style goes really well with Mondayn00dle's grunt design. :-)

Why, may I ask? Bagpipes are from Scotland, and Sir Norman Ray is from England. Anyways, I don't really see the bagpipes in that, more like a jumble of bricks with things sticking out. I'm also wondering what the trans-things are supposed to be. Nice effort, though.

Thanks everyone!

^LJGMattLepore: Sorry, I misunderstood your question the first time. The 1x1 plates are meant to be the bag of the bagpipe. They're usually red and green, so that's why I chose those colors. I wasn't able to find them in a solid color so I used trans pieces.

^Corner Gas Man: A jumble of bricks with things sticking out? I'm offended. I thought it was a pretty good replication. Have you ever seen a picture of bagpipes? There are five pipes. Four of them stick up, and the last one is down. I have included all of them in minifig scale. One of my top pipes was represented with a minifig hand, but this is so that the minifig can actually 'play' it. I admit, this part lacks some accuracy. Furthermore, a bagpipe has a bag with the pipes sticking out. You mighta guessed, the trans pieces are meant to the the bag. The bag is generally red and green, so those are the colors I chose. This was made without any modifications at minifig scale, so unless you can do better, lay off. No offense meant.

I think they're alright.
HA!
Seriously, I need a design for bagpipes and a bagpiper, for both my Napolionic South Essex (Sah!) and WW2 South Essex (Sah!)

^militaryfreak: Better pictures? It's a clear, focused image with a white background. What more do you want? All you have to do is stick two TLC 1x1 circular plates into the circular part of a TLC wrench tool. Stick a TLC minifig hand into the other end of the TLC wrench. Clip a second hand upside-down to the handle of the TLC wrench. Clip a BA monopod below the hand. Clip two more BA monopods onto the first BA monopod. Et voila. There are your bagpipes.

You vicious, heartless. . . Look what - look what you've done too him!

I think that these are actually quite fine, but the "bag" could have been better.
