Well I tend to be more of a builder than a fig maker but when you get some wicked BA prototypes at a con you can't help but throw a couple figs together.

First we have a generic mercernary fig with an RPG strapped to his back and a (badly) modded MP44 without scope or light.

Next we have a retro gangster sporting the wicked BA PPSH

And last but most definitely not least one of the coolest BA I've recieved wielded by an amazing fig painted by Jasbrick.

Hope you guys dig em and feel free to tell me what you think.

Great figs, Aaron! Personally, I find building cool minifigs a good way to gain inspiration and clear builder's block. For example, that mech I posted was partially inspired by some figs I made. I built a few futuristic military figs with some prototypes(two of which can be seen standing in front ofthe walker on my brickshelf), and thought "huh, these guys need a walker for fire support!"

FREEBAP. Doesn't the very sound of the word bring excitement?

I would agree with the proto inspiration vibe... The Classic Canada guy gave me a chuckle this morning.... All I see is a mad Canadian Spaceman on a moped weilding a Red Hot Maple Syrup Blaster! It definitely takes me back to my days in Canada ;-)

Awesome figs but as a Canadian I'm a little disturbed that Jasbrick has let the cat out of the bag and revealed through the use of a minifig what the Canadian Secret Space Police really look like.

It'll be very hard for Canada to hide their existence now.

P.S. that maple syrup is not only red hot but very, very sticky!

Very nice Aaron! I love them, as usual. :P Nice job on the Gangster, the PPSh works great with him! Is the "Canadien Police" figs ray gun prototype overmolded, or painted? (silver part)

http://100thbg.org/: My grandpa fought in World War II. Here's the Bomb Group he was in. He was in the airforce, and survived the war. On the website, you can read up on the missions, see pictures, and learn some history. He's still living today, at 93 years old. :)
