Nice weapon and head choice. I like the painted stuff! Do you have any chrome BA? They would match him very well!

I don't like the choice of the helmet, and the torso is out of place, but other than that pretty good.

I love the concept of the figure and think you did great with it. Now you could take some of this concept to create a Terminator fig (Terminator 2 - Cyberdyne Systems Model 101; T3 - T-101; Terminator Salvation & T2 - T-800; or Terminator 3 - T-850 - confused??? You should be, but they're all the same Schwartzenager Terminator fig). This could also be used to create a really neat T1000 fig and modify the arms to indicate the "mold-ability" of that particular model.
Overall, some neat ideas coming from this fig!
And - I don't think there is anything wrong with utilizing torso's of which you are especially fond of such as this one! Remember, although we all give constructive criticism, it is how pleased YOU are with the final result and the figure - and no one can take that away!
