What about a protester/rioter? It would just be a TLG blue flannel jacket, jeans, some angry head and Agent Chase's Black tousled hair or black knit cap.
They would carry a BA baseball bat/ Cricket bat (maybe) prototype, and maybe a Colt M1911.
Oh, and 2 M67's, for tear gas grenades. (Thanks Marineraider!)

Hahaha you got me on the link but I'm not sure about the minifig, it can just be made easily by using TLC parts.

Yeah, I'm just saying it would look ALOT more realistic with BA.

If you are really that short of simple minifigs, you can invest in some lego city sets or go over to bricklink and get some minifigs/minifig parts.

Interesting idea.

You need brickarms to get a girlfriend.
You need legos to build one.

Since they're civilians, they could wear just about anything - any regular town minifig could do as a protestor, if you agitate them over an controversial issue enough :D

On a more serious note, protestors aren't always armed. Those that are would more often brandish household items rather than actual weapons. Additionally, no civilian will have access to tear gas grenades - you may have confused them with molotov cocktails or petrol bombs, or even just rocks. It's the law enforcement authorities that use tear gas against protestors.

Since this can be easily made as a MOC, there is no point in offering these for sale.
