Between one at two week, most of the time is one but depend of the mailling option you choose...

Over the last 18 months I've placed several orders with A minifig is for Life and all have taken between 5-9 days to arrive (in Ontario).
Andy is great for quick shipping.
Normal shipping times for parts to arrive will vary from the country of origin but 2-3 weeks from Europe to North America is very common.
Remember Canadians, importing toys with a declared dollar value more than $20.00 does qualify for customs fees.

I live in N.B and mine takes about two weeks.
