This has got to be my favorite out of all the new prototypes unveiled at Brickworld! It's sleek, looks great and gives us a new assault rifle at our disposal!

I might shorten the barrel a little but what a great gun anyway , if the barrel is never shortened I will still buy it.

I agree, I know this might be the DM variant, but I think it would look better with a shorter barrel, as well as decreasing it's diameter. Also, I think the scope should be a bit smaller, it is sort of out of proportion to the rest of the gun. "C-One- Thirty roll'in down the strip, Airborne Ranger on a one-way trip. I'd ask everyone to focus on the accessory itself and not concern themselves with intellectual property and copyright issues. Will knows what he needs to do to respect the rights of others, and that's all that needs to be said.

Great work Will! I do love these, if you just worked out the little things that we talked about this would be perfect.

Otherwise the bots will remove your edit. Back on topic, this is an awesome gun. Has plenty of uses and is versatile. Will future BrickArms rifles feature that grip point underneath the barrel for U-Clips to be put on?

There are some little things that should be changed, like the scope size. Also, I really want to make the point that the barrel looks really fat and big! If you look at the reference picture for the XM8 and see how the flash hider is basically the only thing protruding out of the gun, the Brickarms AC8's barrel is huge! But all in all, it's awesome, thanks Will for the awesomeness! "C-One- Thirty roll'in down the strip, Airborne Ranger on a one-way trip. I personally don't mind the scope being changed as long as it still looks like an ACOG and is still possible to cut-and-glue it onto an M4 Carbine! This is my second favourite weapon of these latest prototypes! The Retro Raygun is number one, though! Great work, Will! :) MiPod

I`ll probably still use it for mods and a generic weapon but never as a real-life military weapon. Okey-Dokey den? I agree with you. It most likely will not be used by the US military, but that does not mean it will not be used by someone like the GSG-9 or the SAS. But,hey that's my opinion. I voted for the H&K UMP (Assault SMG), but the AC8/XM8 is still a great gun, but anyway great work Will. Once again the level of detail is amazing. I can't wait till it is in production.

I think that the barrel is too big.

Yeah, this was the first prototype I saw when I returned after a brief absence from the forums, so I didn't know an M203 even existed :P Now. I just can't wait until this is available! Los Legolas Fire & Rescue Los Legolas Police Dept Max Ammo! JUICE! - Tank Dempsey
