I have entered the contest and am pretty darn happy with the results. Thanks for hosting this Will! Oh and as I may be unavailable by the deadline I have sent Will a PM with my address in the event I do actually win something. Which compared to some entried is highly doubtful :S [ADMIN - Please, no one else do this. I can't be expected to keep track of the addresses submitted before judging for people that may or may not win. Please, just follow the rules that Badger has set, and we'll all get along just fine. Thanks! ---Will]Sorry Will, it was only way I could think of. Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few. My FlickrAircraft Noseart

I think unimited entries was a bad idea, it makes people shoot off 6-7 horrible blurry entires instead of focusing on 1-3 good ones. My Flickr My Brickshelf

MOD - True, but then it also encourages folks to build several very well put together entries. I've seen some truly great multiple entries from participants thus far that makes it clear allowing folks to submit more than 1 entry was a good idea.
Still, I do agree that an unlimited number may be too much. We'll have to revisit that idea in future contests.

I'm finishing my first entry tonight and photographing/ posting etc tonight or tommorrow, then starting another entry straight away as i've had a couple more ideas. Time permitting I might do two more. Go on, give it a go. You've got nothing to lose!

i got an idea, i think
ok, so i've got the tip of a tree hanging over the edge, does that count?
MOD - Firstly, please don't double-post. If you need to add something, use the Edit key. Second, a slight overhang like you've described is fine. - badger

Okay, regarding deadlines: Midnight Central Time should be 11:00 for me, so I know when the deadline is, but can I update and modify my entries as much as I like before the deadline? If so, why can't I edit my older entries? It seems that after a certain amount of time, a thread's edit button dissapears. Yikes, then I'd better make sure everything is 100% perfect before posting! (Not that I would ever post a shoddy creation, but sometimes I'll make a small mistake when posting and misspell something or accidentally mess up some code) "BrickArms is not a democracy; it is a benign dictatorship with all power resting in the house of Chapman." -The Enigma That Is Badger "I think exploding croissants is an excellent idea... Ah, that's good. The only thing I changed about my entry is that I added an extra picture (nothing changed, just a better view) and fixed up the text a bit. I once won a contest while staying in a hotel in Georgia, I kept checking back twice a day on the painfully slow computer in the lobby, and once I found out that I won I couldn't stop bouncing off the walls. I'm glad that the contest was extended my so much as it will allow me to perfect my last two entries.
