Do all the figs have to have BA, or can some have Lego, or no weapon? MOD - Not every single fig or build in the vig needs to have BrickArms accessories, but there should be a decent amount of BrickArms products on either side. Basically, we're looking for MOCs that feature more than just one BrickArms accessory in the hand of one fig. Really showcase how different accessories can differentiate factions! - badger

1x1 - 32x32 ? That means i can build on 8x8 , 16x16 also. So from a 1x1 plate to 32x32 is everything allowed?!

YES! finally, a new contest! I started and (almost) finished mine this morning.

And of course it's allowed, and I don't get peoples fascination with it. SNOT is just a building technique, rarely implemented or named properly anymore. But as long as it's within the 1x1 to 32x32 stud guideline, then go right ahead.
(I'm no MOD, and Badger can correct me if I'm wrong, but in this case I seriously doubt it)
And I have another question.
Is the allowance of multiple entries going to enable once person to win more than one prize? Or is it so people can maximise their chances of winning one of the prizes, and once somebody has won a prize they're out of the running for the others?
