It means what the judging will be based on(how will you select the winner, basicly)

For every brickarm created, there is a minifig who needs it.

This looks interesting, I might have to get a youtube and enter. One thing though, in the title of the post it says SI-FI, but in the rules it says space. Is there a certain one, or since they are so similar are you allowing us to do either. Thanks.

Well I used the term Sci-fi to bring appeal so I want you to have at least a small thing with space
