Well, so I didn't win. So what? There's always next time. And you winners, you truly deserve it.

This may sould egotistical, but I'm surprised I didn't place! Still, my congratulations go out to the winners "BrickArms is not a democracy; it is a benign dictatorship with all power resting in the house of Chapman." -The Enigma That Is Badger "I think exploding croissants is an excellent idea... After having been deep in thought (and wallowing in more than a little self-pity), I'd have to say that losing with dignity is harder than the contest was. It's hard to keep my feelings and self-centered opinions to myself, but I know that it would only serve to brand me as an immature person. I control what I type, and I don't need to disgrace myself. It's taken a while for me to cool off, but now I can say with meaning: Well done, everyone, and congratulations to my worthy opponents. Congratulations to all the winners! I was somewhat surpirsed with Speacial Ops not being in the winners, but the rest of the entries are great! -jeff http://100thbg.org/: My grandpa fought in World War II. Here's the Bomb Group he was in. He was in the airforce, and survived the war. On the website, you can read up on the missions, see pictures, and learn some history. He's still living today, at 93 years old. :)

God grant me the accuracy to hit the targets that I can, The discernment to not shoot at the one's I can't, And the wisdom to hide the bodies when I'm done. My Australian "brother" is so proud of me, finally an American understands and enjoys soccer! :P

Congratulations to all the winners! Personally, I have no trouble admitting defeat in such an honorable battle of skill. All those who won deserved to win, and many others who didn't. But the main point is we all had fun building our MOCs, right? As they always say... If you can't beat them, Then self-detonate, and take them ALL WITH YOU!!!Edges Synthos CorpBLUB BLUB

Congratulations to all the winners, those were some great entries and I had a feeling about both Dragonator and Ewok in Disguise from the minute they were posted. I'll admit a little surprise about Hound Knight's entry but it is clever and unique. Well done to all.
It is a little disappointing to see people moaning about not placing/ who did place because they may have won another contest. The same thing happened in the last contest I entered and the guy who organised it is having serious second thoughts about running another any time soon. Let us hope that some whining hasn't put Will off from another contest. I too can't attend a con and so will unlikely get my hands on any BAPs, but it isn't the end of the world.
My thanks to Will, Badger and the mods for continued generosity and their time in organising this fun contest. It was my first time building vigs and i'm doing more as we speak (any BAs in the build and i'll post them on the forums) so i've had fun and got something out of it even if it wasn't a prize!

There will always be losers that complain, as it's just the nature of competition. I feel that I've come out of this better than I was, because now I know that anyone can win, and if I lose I just have to take it. MOD - Just to be clear, there are MANY entries that really impressed both myself and the BAF staff. Now that the contest is over, I'll be able to post comments in the threads whose entries really impressed me. In terms of Will making his choices, it came down to three key factors:
1) Embodying the tone (wild combat between two unrelated groups) of the contest 2) Use and prominence of BrickArms products 3) Overall quality and creativity of the build
I wouldn't call anyone who didn't have their entry selected as a "loser;" participating and building is its own reward! Both Will and myself were thrilled at the response this contest got, and rest assured, there will be more contests in the future!
