Wow, just when I thought Will wasn't going to make a M1A1, he makes a M1A1! But I love this piece, and this is the one thing to finish my Call of Duty World at War StopMotion film that I will be presenting at the next Brickfair. The MP44 I might need for my next film.

Will there be a small butt-plate added to the stock?

Ha, I think the same thing. If you focus very hard, Will can probably hear your wish list! Can't wait to see your film with the M1A1 and MP44 in it!

It takes a lot for me to say this, but the M1A1 Carbine is one of my favorite Brickarms guns. I am so looking forward to this becoming available. Are you dead-set against having a favorite, or is there some other reason? CaptainOrdoStudios wrote: Will there be a small butt-plate added to the stock? There already is one, molded in. I made the base of the stock a bit thicker than the rest of the wire to try to approximate that feature.

A question: Will, is there going to be a regular version made? like one with the wooden stock maybe? If not, well, I can't have ground troops armed with Paratrooper M1 Carbines! =P

I love this gun. I got one with my resistance trooper and I cannot find anything wrong with it. However I would like to see a solid-stock version as well for ground troops.

This is the most beautiful WWII weapon you have ever designed. Humanity thanks you! So, in other words, this M1A1 Carbine makes the list :D "C-One- Thirty roll'in down the strip, Airborne Ranger on a one-way trip. Not to be rude but don't really like it, the body looks to bulky.

I've finally figured out one of the things about this that had been bothering me slightly since the first photos showed up. It's a very minor thing, but it's weird to look at this and see that the magazine isn't properly aligned with the breach. It's no big deal, just a tad odd.

I think that is the only area I can think of for improvement. "C-One- Thirty roll'in down the strip, Airborne Ranger on a one-way trip.
