We don't know his name, we know little about his history, but we do know that he quote "proved too tough for Hell to contain" (after fighting his way through it) and he kicks a lot of butt! He's the Doom Guy, yeah, that's what us Doom fans call him although some may say Reaper from the movie or Kane from the books, but either way, This guy was too tough for Hell to contain, so I think maybe a minfig replica could work unless he proves too tough for Will's injection molds to contain. What guns would he have? And what parts would be used in his construction?

Well, based on the picture, an apoc SMG would probably serve quite well..

Yeah, but thats a proto. What guns that are already made could he have?
And he should have more than an SMG.

Oh how clumsy of me I completley forgot to say what weapons he should have! These ones would be perfect: BA Chaingun. (In Silver) chaingunBA Pistol; M1911 or the long awaited Beretta M92F if Will decides to prototype that one. BA M47 (If there was a long-stock version that would be a lot better) BAP Double-Barrelled Shotgun ( Again a full stock version would be best) super shotgunBA Chainsaw BA BFG 9000 (Lol Just kidding)

Sorry, but almost all of these are in proto stage. And the M47 was discontinued. Give him the combat shotty, an AK, a SAR, and maybe a xeno.

The tactical M47 is still available, he never uses an AK, (there isnt even an assault rifle in the game) And the xeno belongs to Aliens. Here's an Alternate list of weapons- Pistol- Mauser C96 (close enough) -- I suppose a spy pistol would work too. Ummm.... Why is it awful? Just asking. I do like the weapons that you suggested, but what torso/head/legs? Heres a potential helmet: http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?colorID=1&itemID=325It would look great in green.

It would be awful because he doesnt use any of those weapons. Also your link says no item found and whatever it is cant be in green because he wears a grey helmet.

My bad. Do you have a better helmet in mind? And what about the torso/head?
The helmet I suggested was the scout trooper helmet.
