Well a few months ago i made my Willy's jeep heavily based off Roa's. Later i made this moc and refined it from time to time. So I figures since today was my birthday why not post it. I will have some better pictures up tomorrow. During the battle a young private gets separated from his patrol. As he finds his way back he walks up on what he thought was a knocked out mg bunker. I'll tell you the Japanese gunner inside was very alive. He opened up on the young marine,"my wip marine siggy" hitting him in the arm. Lucky for him a Willy's jeep on it's way to Henderson field spot's the Japanese pillbox and fires on it.  Here's the link to the photo set. Please comment, question, critique.

do you know where i can buy an M1 helmet because they dont sell them on minifigforlife.com ??

Pegasus: The M1 helmets Will sold where from an overseas supplier. The ones I used are modified Best Lock helmets. Not the best but they'll work for now. Dragon of death: Well i had the mini-figs made a while ago and i totally forgot. The jeep is heavily based on ROA's and a few others. Ewok master: You should it's not built as often as the European theater probably because the lack of japanese based weapons but who know's maybe if people start showing interest Will might prototype a type 100 or what not. crazed Minnesotan: Thanks I like it too. And yes It's a browning m2 hmg. P.s. Thanks for pointing out my spelling error.

Very nice! I like a good Island vig from WWII. Funfact: The naval battle on Guadalcanal started November 13, 1942.
