Here's some UNSC Marines I've been working on...they are supposed to have sand green arms and legs, but that doesn't look so good with the light gray helmets, so I'm waiting for some more cash so I can hunt down some dark gray helmets and armor so I can have two fireteams! There was a ship's capatin too (who coincidentally moonlights as a memeber of my A Company squad), but he has been misplaced. My ultimate goal is to have a compliment of 50 Marines (as pictured here) 10 Spec ops (as pictured here but in sand green) and 20 ships crew members, all decked out with BA weapons and in a fair-sized UNSC ship (of course the odds of this happening are slim to none XD ). As a side note, the guy on the top is the CO and is affectionately known around my house as Tony Stark: Space Marine. ^_^

Very very good! I wish I could make Marines like that. I love Halo!

Yes, very nice indeed. The visor adds a nice touch to the fig. And the Brickarms work perfectly as always! Great work! ;)

Nice job. I like the marines. The black visors give the marines a good look for a spec ops team. This reminds me, I gotta get my platoon posted! The minifigs look as if they are fleshies though. Ah yes, Mr. Stark. I see he is specializing with the Rifle and Magnum. Great job! A soldier should not be commemorated for doing what is expected-Master ChiefBungie.net Account Profile

Thanks for the comments guys! They are appreciated! ^_^ Ballistic Eagles wrote:Ah yes, Mr. Stark. I see he is specializing with the Rifle and Magnum. Indeed, although I'm sure he'd be far more comfortable in a power suit...perhaps some MJOLNIR armor? ;D I found my captain minifig! Here he is wth magnum and plasma grenade!  I actually nicked the armor off one of the earlier minifigs because he looked a bit plain without it... ^^;

That's some very cool looking minifigs! You made some really good choices with those heads, they have a lot of personality, really makes the minifigs appear like battle hardened veterans.

I like the captain, although he looks like Avery Johnson. Nichartri wrote:Ballistic Eagles wrote:Ah yes, Mr. Stark. I see he is specializing with the Rifle and Magnum. ( Extra Vehicular Activity) Armor variant the most due to it's speciallty with jetpacks and flight and even Space Manueverability. Thanks! Picking the heads out had to be my favorite part of making these guys. I spent a good half hour going through Bricklink looking over the faces and saying "Hmm...is that really the face of a person who's been fighting the Covenant for years on end?" More often than not, they were dismissed for being too happy... :P Ballistic Eagles wrote:I like the captain, although he looks like Avery Johnson. Yeah...it's a pity he's not scowling and chomping on a cigar though...and he could stand to lose the beard part of his goatee. :\ Ballistic Eagles wrote:Indeed, although I bet he'll be in the E.V.A. It'll have to be red armor with gold trim though. ;D Right! I've ordered some parts to make these guys look better in their sand green uniforms and I plan to order some more. Hopefully by the end of this, these guys will look top notch and they'll have some company! ^^
