That is so awesome! I wish I could have gotten to Brickworld '08 and gotten a brodie helmet, or at least seen it up close.

I love M21s.
What, was that supposed to be funny, or what?
I don't do funny. Ever. So go ahead, have your funny signatures, whilst I, for one, will keep it simple.

I only brought a handful, so very few attendees actually received one. I gave a couple to some hard-core military minifig builders, and a couple to folks that review items for blogs (like Nannan for Brothers Brick). I wore a silver brodie-helmeted minifig sporting a silver Lewis Gun on my attendee badge, and it turned quite a few heads!

Yeah, I bet it did :)

Anyway, I really like the Brodie helmet. I can't wait to see it in full production.

Ooh, I have an urge to use these as medieval helms. Medieval troops with Brodies, and armed with machetes. I can't wait!

I think you may just ge away with that, if you manage to convince people they have Claymores.

Very nice! I really like the shape of it. Can't wait to get one! I hope it will be in production soon. Will it be in some kind of mold 4?

Will that soldier be a purchasable as well?

War is instinct, man has fought and killed as far back as there were men. Instinct to see a threat and kill it. We fight from when we are toddlers up to when we die. You see humans HAVE to fight, or no progress would ever be made.

Thats what we have been asking. Badger has hinted it MAY happen, as apparently there is further British equipment being looked into. All we can do is wait and see.

Looks great, cant wait to see those helmets offered for sale! Will indeed be perfect for both WWI & WWII. I'm sure my British minifigs are tired of wearing radar dishes as helmets! :)

Very nice, now the chaps can have some protection. Of course I don't have any British troops at the moment, but oh well.

It's called waiting patiently. I have faith, that Will shall release something a little special with this. Possibly, a British Minifig with the Lewis Gun, or maybe, just maybe, something else.
Obviously, this is just wild speculation. But it has been hinted after all. Let us wait, stroke our chin stubble, and see...

I'm very excited for this. :) I love WWII, especially British equipment and weapons. I also really like castle, and it can be used in that theme too. (Like Damien said)

I'm quite anxious. :)

He found a way to make the helmet in this case. Most likely it's simplicity helped him design it well, as it doesnt actuall go over a minifig head like other helmets, just sits on top.
