YES!!! I have lots of those new (and old) pirate soldiers and I hate the TLG musket so I support a BA musket 100%.
P.S. Espcailly with the prototype bayonet.

I adore the idea of Brickarms producing an accurate Flintlock Musket. I am fully for it!

As am I! I'd really love to see a BA musket! There could also be a Civil War soldier minifig! Great suggestion!

Star Wars is a hugely popular theme, and it takes place "a long, long, time ago in a galaxy far, far away."

Well, what about in Post-Apocalyptia when a lone wanderer finds one in a museum.

This just ruined my whole plans for being able to go to Brickworld and get some prototypes. And, our family doesn't have the money OR time to go to Seattle.

^You know, I'm not so behind the idea of a flintlock musket, but Tracer, that idea, might turn me on to them. Not so great a fan of old school weapons(without a blade and a hanlle) but perhaps, especially considering my love of pirates, I should be more supportive of this notion. I'm all for it!

Actually, in The Morrow Project, survivour communities make extensive use of blackpowder weapons due to technology regressing. Player characters are not so poor off, having come out of cryosleep in bunkers with fusion powered vehicles and a plethora of assault weapons on hand. This would also work nicely for Ironclaw based MOC's due to that setting having guns.

I want to put an axe bayonet on it. Don't ask me why, I just think it would look like pure pwnage. I mean Halberd+gun=pure awesome.

Definitely. I've made a few colonial figs, and though I might not pick this up right away, when I have time for good old George W. and Patrick Henry and their buddies, I'd definitely buy some for them.

"Give me BA muskets or give me death!"

I would love to have a BA flintlock! I've made some colonial figs in the past, and this would be a great addition.

A BA Brown Bess or something like that would be sweet! The TLC ones are just junk in my opinion.

Shouldn't this thread be closed? I'm not trying to mini-mod, but I was under the impression that once something became a prototype, the thread(s) regarding it are closed.

Err, I know. That was my point. Or are you talking to the rest of the forums?
